Click the “Account” button at the top right of the homepage, next to the search bar. Then click “Sign Up” and fill in your user name, email address, and password, then click “Register.”
How do I log into my account?
Click the “Account” button at the top right of the homepage, next to the search bar. Then click “Login” at the top of the homepage. Enter your registered email and password.
I forgot my password—how do I reset it?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login pop up. Enter your registered email address and follow the instructions we sent to your inbox.
ORDER & SHIPPING
How do I place an order?
Head over to the “Shop” to find what speaks to you, select your size and quantity, and click Add to Cart. To complete your purchase, proceed to Checkout—we’ll take care of the rest!
Is my payment and information safe?
Yes, your privacy is our priority. We use advanced encryption technology and verified payment gateways to ensure every transaction is safe and seamless.
What payment methods do you accept?
For now, we accept secure direct transfers to our BCA account. We’re in the process of integrating a full suite of seamless payment methods—credit/debit cards, e-wallets, QRIS, and more—for an elevated checkout experience.
Which currencies can I pay in?
Although you may see prices in your local currency for your convenience, your payment will be processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Feel free to contact us if you need help understanding the conversion.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, cancellations are possible prior to shipment. Since we process most orders within 24 hours, please contact us promptly to ensure we can accommodate your request.
How do I use a gift card or promotional code?
Simply enter your gift card or promo code at checkout in your cart. Please note that gift cards and promotional codes may come with expiration dates or specific terms and conditions.
What if the product or size I want is out of stock?
Some items may be restocked. We recommend signing up for our newsletter or contacting our team to check on availability or upcoming restocks.
Are your products ethically made?
Yes. We’re committed to ethical craftsmanship, partnering with manufacturers who respect fair labor rights and practice environmental responsibility at every stage of production.
Where do you ship from?
Orders are shipped from Bandung, West Java, Indonesia.
Do you ship internationally?
We don’t support international shipping just yet, but we’re working on it! For now, please avoid third-party shipping consolidators as we can’t guarantee delivery through them.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is based on the package’s weight, delivery location, and shipping method. Rates will be shown at checkout.
How long does it take to receive my order?
We process all orders within 24–48 hours. Most arrive in 3–7 days, though timing can vary a bit during busy seasons. Thanks for your patience!
ORDER ISSUES & RETURNS
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we’ll provide you with a tracking number by email or chat. This will allow you to follow the shipping progress online anytime.
What if my package hasn’t arrived?
If something seems off with your delivery, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will promptly investigate the issue on your behalf.
What if I received the wrong or a defective item?
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 7 days for incorrect items or within 30 days for defects. Include a photo of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or return promptly.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, returns or exchanges may be requested within 7 days of receiving your item (15 days for defective products), please read more on our policy. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
How do I start a return or exchange?

Are returns/exchanges free?
If you received the wrong or a faulty item, we’ll take care of the return shipping. For other returns, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We’re always here to help with the process!
