You are welcome to submit for a refund or an exchange for any item(s) purchased.

Customers can only get a refund or exchange the size after sending the item(s) back to our warehouse.

You are not entitled to refund and exchange products unless the products are faulty or otherwise delivered not as ordered by attaching an unboxing video and product photo as a proof.

Refund & Exchange Policy
  • Must manage the refund/exchange before the established deadline: Please submit within 10 working days from the arrival date of your order.
  • Items must be in their original condition and include all labels.
  • We do not accept an edited video unboxing except fast-forward.
  • Return shipping fee of the items will not be covered by GRU.
  • Working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
  • Please be aware that the refund/exchange instruction emails may be received through your inbox / junk / spam email folder. If you do not find the refund email on your inbox, please be sure to check the junk / spam folder.

  • Washed product
  • Altered product
  • No unboxing video and product photo
  • Removed/missing labels
  • Product is damaged
  • Exceeded refund/exchange deadline (10 working days)

How to apply for an exchange
  • Read the return policy and check list
  • Fill in the return / exchange form
  • Wait for confirmation email maximum 3 (Three) working days after submitting the form
  • Pack items to exchange and include the Exchange form inside the parcel then send to our warehouse at your own cost. Please submit photo of package and tracking code / waybill.
  • Confirmation email will be sent maximum 3 (Three) working days after warehouse receive and verify the returned product.
  • The new items will be sent immediately after.
