Which currency will I be charged in?

All payments are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), regardless of the local currency displayed for convenience.

Where do you ship from, and how long does it take?

Orders ship from Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. We process all orders in 24–48 hours, and delivery typically takes 3–7 days.

Do you ship internationally?

No, unfortunately currently we only support domestic shipping only, but we are working to expand our reach soon.

How can I track my order?

A tracking number will be sent to you via email or chat as soon as your order has been shipped.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of receipt (or 15 days for defective items). Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

We apologize! Please contact us within 7 days (incorrect) or 30 days (defective) with a photo. We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund, and we will cover the return shipping cost.
